Chris is happily married with two small children. He has 13 years of experience in the real estate finance business. Before founding Castle Auction/Realty Group, Chris worked for MCM Capital, a private equity group out of Bethesda Maryland. Chris was responsible for dealing with the disposition of purchased real estate assets for the firm. Prior to MCM Capital, Chris held the position of senior vice President/Managing Director with GMAC Mortgage for five years. He also spent three years with Chase Manhattan Bank. He is also a proud Army veteran.

Tom is a native South Carolinian born in Lancaster. He is a graduate of The Citadel and University of South Carolina School of Law. After working many years with Hall Law Firm, Tom is now the South Carolina Sales Manager for Castle Auction Group. He currently lives in Columbia, SC with his beautiful wife Julie, and their three sons Brice, Graham, and Logan.

Randy is a New Business Development associate for Castle Auction Group. He has worked as the Director of Finance for a large auto dealer for over seven years, been the principle owner of an internet company that provided services to school systems and has spent the last five years in mortgage lending services at JP Morgan Chase. Randy brings diverse marketing and management skills learned from the largest of banks as well as important lessons learned as a sole proprietor. Randy has also been happily married to his high school sweetheart, Beverly, for over 34 years and has two children. Randy believes that you must understand the seller's needs. Once the decision to sell has been made, the goal is to complete the process in the shortest amount of time for the most money and with the least amount of distraction as possible. We are here to bring conclusion to a stressful decision.

Jim is a New Business Development associate for Castle Auction Group. He is responsible for developing innovative ways to assist all customers and provide this service to your complete satisfaction. Prior to joining the company, Jim spent the past 12 years providing customers with complete, quality financial management of their home's assets. He has worked in conjunction with First Tennessee Bank, GMAC Bank, and American Home Bank. Jim's working understanding of the fundamentals of business along with his appreciation of the ever-changing business world brings a perspective which is invaluable to Castle Auction Group. Happily married for 39 years, Jim has two grown children, Katie and James. The pride of his life is his three grandchildren Abbey (13), Ella (6), and Bliss (5). Abbey competed in and won first place in the National Junior High School Cheerleading Championships. A 20 year military veteran, Jim will be as honored to serve you as he did his country. Paul is currently a Managing Director for the Financial Services Industry, which is based out of Raleigh, NC. He joined MAI in May 2006 focusing mainly on the mortgage industry. In March 2010, Paul partnered with Castle Auction Group in a Business Development role. Our firm specializes in the liquidation of both commercial and residential real estate, as well inventory and equipment liquidations. We function through 3 different mediums of sales; regular on site auctions, online auctions, and our proprietary "short sale auction."
Paul enjoys cultivating relationships with a keen interest in team building as well as helping others achieve goals utilizing an integrity based, consultative approach though his extensive national network. Paul spent the previous 20 plus years in finance and accounting management including several nationwide mortgage corporations. He began my career in mortgage banking with First Union (formerly Signet Bank). Following a number of years as Assistant Vice President/Senior Financial Analyst in consumer lending finance supporting retail mortgage, credit card, installment and student lending, he accepted the position of Vice President/Finance Manager for nationwide mortgage production with First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation. After a short stint with Citigroup (purchaser of First Nationwide in 2002), he spent some time as a financial consultant to JPMorgan Chase for their consumer direct mortgage division before accepting a position with Aurora Loan Services, a Lehman Brothers Company, as Vice President/Manager Mortgage Planning and Analysis. At Aurora, his group supported both the production and servicing sides of the business. Paul brings to MAI extensive experience and widespread contacts in the mortgage industry, along with his innovative, entrepreneurial style and an enthusiastic passion for everything he does.
Over many years in this business, Paul has discovered the significance to search and solve for the cultural fit – as he believes the market drives most everything else.
