Budget planning is then completed for the advertising campaign and sale.

Advertising begins and open houses are conducted.
- Continue advertising and complete any final preparations for the sale day.

*Sale Day*
- The day of the sale, the winning bidder signs the Real Property Auction Purchase and Sale Contract Form 620-T and makes the deposit.
- After the auction is complete, Castle Auction Group will continue to follow up with the lender and borrower, as necessary, up to the closing date.
